Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before checkout—especially size, color, and quantity.
Cancellations: You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase. A 10% cancellation fee applies.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
To request a cancellation, email support@penncoop.com with your order number.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections (e.g., wrong size or color).
Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.

Used, washed, or altered items
Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads)
Missing original tags or packaging
Damage not caused by Penncoop
How to Request a Refund
Email support@penncoop.com with:
Important: Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.
Refunds include original shipping charges.
If your refund hasn’t appeared within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider.
